Warranty Claim Form

Please allow 14-21 business days for your claim to be reviewed and processed. Note: Our customer service phone agents or store staff do not have access to any claim. You will be notified with a decision via email. Duplicate claims will be deleted.

1. Only one claim per submission will be processed.

2. Pictures or videos of the issue is mandatory for us to evaluate.

3. It is in our right to disapprove any claim request that is found incorrect or fraud.
