Returns
We will gladly return products within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Chlorine and Chlorine based sanitizers are NOT returnable due to safety regulations. This includes any items that contain chlorine/oxidisers. (There are NO exceptions to this policy)
Submersible & Cover Pumps are NOT returnable under any circumstances (used or unused) These items are covered under warranty only.
Items which carry warranties, will be repaired or replaced based on the specific warranty. These items should be taken to our repair center in Massapequa, NY. Aquabot® units must be returned to Aquabot® for repair per Aquabot warranty agreement.

Check - We will issue you a check back (takes 10-14 business days)
CASH - We will issue you a check back (takes 10-14 business days)
Gift Cards - returned back to a gift card
Customer Credits - new credit reissued.
